• Processing & Shipping: 7–14 business days ★ (Since the holiday season is approaching and raw hair is in high demand, order times may take longer. This timeframe is provided to be safe and transparent — in most cases, your order may arrive sooner.)
• Delivery requires a signature upon arrival.
• Pickup orders require a valid ID at the time of pickup.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final.
• Store credit or exchanges may be offered only at Luxe Yumi’s discretion.The Shop return window is set to 1 day to comply with Shop requirements. Our policy of all sales final still applies.
