Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Processing & Shipping: 7–14 business days ★ (Since the holiday season is approaching and raw hair is in high demand, order times may take longer. This timeframe is provided to be safe and transparent — in most cases, your order may arrive sooner.)
• Please note: Luxe Yumi is a growing small business with limited staffing, and each order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality. This may extend processing times slightly during high-demand periods.
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

• A signature is required upon delivery for all shipments to ensure safe receipt.
• Luxe Yumi is not liable for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
• Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, Luxe Yumi is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
• If such an issue occurs, customers must contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim or resolve the matter.

Pickup Orders

• Pickup orders require the same 7–14 business day processing time as shipped orders.
• Hair On Hand Orders: If the item is listed as Hair On Hand, your order will be ready within 1–2 business days. These items will be available in a separate listing, so please double-check before checking out.
• You will be notified by email or SMS once your order is ready for pickup.
• A valid ID is required to pick up your order.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Luxe Yumi may offer promotional shipping discounts during special events or sales.

International Shipping

At this time, Luxe Yumi only ships within the United States.
