The hair is 100% human, high-quality, and carefully selected to ensure durability, softness, and a natural look. Raw hair is completely unprocessed, while premium virgin hair has minimal processing to maintain its integrity and performance.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

To ensure accuracy and quality, please allow up to 5–9 business days for order processing.

Once processed, your order will ship within 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

💡 While many orders may ship sooner, we recommend allowing a total of 8–14business days (processing + shipping) for your order to arrive.

Raw vs. Virgin Hair – What’s the Difference?

Both Raw and Virgin hair can be colored and bleached, but there are some key differences in quality and performance:

• Raw Hair is the highest quality. It hasn’t been processed and can handle bleach exceptionally well — lifting up to a 613 blonde. It also holds color better, making shades appear brighter and more vibrant.
• Virgin Hair is still high quality but slightly more processed than raw hair. It can safely be bleached up to a #27 honey blonde, but may not lift as light or take bold colors as vividly as raw hair.
