  • All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued. Store credit or exchanges may be offered at Luxe Yumi’s discretion.The Shop return window is set to 1 day to comply with Shop requirements. Our policy of all sales final still applies.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Luxe Yumi is not liable for wrong addresses or incorrect checkout info.

  • Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, Luxe Yumi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier to resolve these issues.
